Richard brings over 30 years of electrical, electronics, software and systems engineering experience.  He has designed and launched commercial semiconductor products for blue chip producers such as Intel and Digital Equipment. Richard was Principal Engineer and senior technical leader who guided Intel’s Xeon Microprocessor team for 15 years.  Mr. Gammack holds a BSc in Electronics and System Engineering from The University of Southampton, UK.

Clark brings over 25 years of mechanical engineering and system design experience in development of medical devices, production technology, and aeronautics. He is listed with the USPTO as a prolific Inventor with over 125 U.S. patents. He has experience designing knee braces, medication inhalers, implanted artificial occluding muscle, safety syringes, blood draw and IV systems, surgical instruments, drug vials, and insulin injecting pens. He has designed production assembly tools for disposable pump cartridges and an intraocular lens centering arm trim machine. Mr. Foster holds a BSME from University of Washington.

Bruce has over 15 years of research experience utilizing approaches integrating neuropsychopharmacology with biometric endpoints and has provided a variety of publications and manuscript reviews. He has served tenures as a NIDA postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Pharmacology, Temple University and as an assistant research professor at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Temple University. While at Temple he spearheaded a novel therapeutic approach from proof of concept to drug design and synthesis. Bruce is awarded and teaching experienced in medical pharmacology. He holds a PhD in pharmacology and physiology from the George Washington University School of Medicine.
